We require a deposit of 20% of the rental, plus an additional breakage/telephon usage deposit of £60 per week. The balance is due 8 weeks before you go.
Le Moulin is a non smoking house. If you wish to smoke, please restrict this to the patio area.
Pets are not allowed.
THE RENTAL COST INCLUDES:-
Bed and cot linen, a set will be supplied for each week of your stay. Bottled gaz for the cooker and electricity for general domestic use
Please note:- each bed has a duvet and sufficient pillows and the cot, if required, has two blankets
ADDITIONAL HIRE SERVICES
Set of towels: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, and 1 Pool Towel at £15 per set. This would leave more space in your baggage for other belongings, especially when flying
WINTER HEATING
There is an additional charge for heating between the months of October to April which is supplied by individually controlled, very efficient, electric convector radiators and the lounge has, in addition, the open log fire
We require an additional deposit of £70 per week during this period.
Refund of Breakage Deposit
The balance of your breakage/phone deposit will be refunded after we receive a report from our caretakers and an account from French Telecom.
Refund of Winter Heating Deposit
Any unused balance will be refunded when we receive a meter reading from our caretakers.
Weekly prices for each season:
Low Season 22 £805 (from 2nd April to 3rd June / 1st October to 4th November)
Mid Season 22 £1015 (from 4th June to 1st July / 3rd September to 30th September)
High Season 22 £1855 (from 2nd July to 2nd September)
