How to get to Le Moulin

We are fortunate as we are situated in the centre of 5 low cost airline destinations. Bordeaux, Bergerac, Limoges, and Poitiers are all about 85 miles away and La Rochelle 110 miles.
Flybe, Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, and British Airways fly to one or more of the above from various parts of the UK.
You could fly to Charles de Gaule and then take the TGV to Angouleme

By Rail
Travel by Eurostar from London to Lille or Paris and then TGV to Angouleme.
By Ferry
The channel ferry ports are 6 to 9 hours drive away, but the French motorway system is very good. To avoid Paris, take a route via Rouen. We have tried most crossings, including Hull to Zeebrugge overnight, but our favorite, as we live in West Yorkshire, is Portsmouth to St Malo or Caen by Brittany Ferries.
